Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ghappu Chappu. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Refund Process

Refund Amount

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
